About This Website
Welcome to my website! I'm Gabriella Sosnowski, a passionate educator dedicated to the field of Second Language Studies. Currently, I'm pursuing my graduate studies at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, where I also have the privilege of working as an instructor in their English Language Institute.
I have over 10 years of experience working as an EFL teacher both abroad and in American universities. When COVID hit, I pursued a CETLA and even started (and still run!) my own company, www.yesandenglish.com, providing online English lessons for expats in the US. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the challenges language learners face and the most effective teaching methods.
This website is a culmination of research on L2 reading acquistion and my desire to share my insights and resources with fellow educators.
